Helping athletes turn mental barriers into breakthroughs.

Meet Corrina

I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of mental and physical performance. As a competitive swimmer for 15 years, I experienced firsthand the highs of athletic achievement and the unseen struggles that come with it—performance anxiety, identity loss, and the pressure to always push forward. Those experiences didn’t just shape me; they fueled my passion for helping athletes develop the mental resilience to thrive both in and beyond their sport.

My career has taken me from working directly with collegiate athletes as a counselor to developing sport psychology curriculums with Olympians, all with one goal in mind: equipping athletes with the tools to navigate the challenges of competition and life. Whether it was scaling coaching operations at a high-growth startup or leading strategy for some of the top sport psychologists in the country, I’ve been driven by the belief that mental performance isn’t just about winning—it’s about longevity, balance, and self-belief.

Now, I’m focused on making sport psychology more accessible, helping athletes at every level own their mindset, their performance, and their future. Because thriving in sport isn’t just about talent or training—it’s about having the right mental tools to take control of your outcome.
